LEARNING PROCESSES
Cement: it means "shared meaning", which is coherence. Having a shared meaning doesn't mean that one has to agree with others, it's about understanding each other. This shared meaning emerges on dialogues, in which the group starts creating a culture and set of habits that generate this bonding among the participants, creating their "cement" that will hold them together.

THE COPERNICAN REVOLUTION
Astrology: study of the stars or heavenly bodies.
Cosmology: the universe as a whole, and the relation among men and the universe.

Difference between knowledge and opinion. Plato says that opinions escape from a man's mind and knowledge stays. We have to assume that there's knowledge in order to seek it. Then Socrates and Meno go on talking about virtue, they are trying to define hat is virtue. Is virtue knowledge? We first have to understand what is virtue and how it aroused among men.
DRAMA
I learned that in monologues it's very important to memorize them well, use the space, control the nerves, put yourself in the character's place, have eye-contact with the audience, project your voice clearly, have pauses and set a point of view.

"If not now, when? If not me, who?"
People that live on those communities (favelas) are people too, the social exclusion is incredible and it's exaggerated by the media. And so, the economic system repeats the social exclusion as well. Living in those communities, Robert learned humility, hospitality, the things he's good at and respect.

¿Cuál es el concepto del tiempo? ¿Cómo se mide?
El tiempo se mide con el cambio.

REFLECTION OF THE WEEK
This week I got to know more myself, I learned that I have impulsivities and that my thoughts never shut up. I learned a lot about my purpose and I loved a quote that Robert said, "If not now, when? If not me, who?" I think that someone may be your co-pilot but he can't break for you, he can only guide you. There's an importance on having a balanced life and when we are outside our comfort zone, life begins. Every environment in the world has a moral climate, whats ours? Where does the drive for being a better person arises? Are people naturally good? I don't think so. I think that the drive arises from the realization that we are finite, and it makes us think: how do I wanna live my life? Do I want to leave a legacy?
FRIDAY EXPERIENCE
On Dialogue
There are different roles in a dialogue: passive and dominant. Sometimes the group gives you that role and other times you assume it. We are striving to have a dialogue in where the power isn't centralized, and people participate. Our vision is to be one mind, and share consciousness. To get to this point, one has to have the explorer attitude and be aware that dialogue is linked with meaning. We want to get to "one thinking, one process".

- Material conditions don't guarantee happiness
- The market was interesting because there's more risk while buying because you don't know if the guy will be around again. They are incredible entrepreneurial, and informal markets is where the money is. In this case, we can say that government is the enemy because it's often an impediment for free markets to arise.
- Is there really a role for government? Because when there's no government people find a solution for their problems.
PHYSICS

- La física de Aristóteles fue 2000 años creíble.
CELEBRATE WHAT'S RIGHT
- Proactivity
- We are striving to understand the others during dialogues
- We are evolving
- Morning meetings are fuel for the day!
HOW CAN WE FIX WHAT'S WRONG?
- Eye contact and keen observation needs to be improved so we can have more meaningful dialogues.
- Keep interventions short and be prepared for the epicycle
- There are ways to say that the epicycle is over
- Punctuality
- How do we receive feedback?
- Manage impulsivities
- Really practice before showing mastery
- Be aware of your habits
